Rent: $1165* (rent) + $80(amenities fee) = $1245/month

*The base rent is 1399 but I got 2 months off so it effectively comes down to $1165.

Location: Its very well connected by public transit as its located at the Crestview Station area, which is a red line train station that connects to downtown and all the way north to Leander. It also has the 801/1 Rapid stop and connects to the University of Texas at Austin and South. Its a 15 min train ride to downtown.

Neighborhood: The area has the friendly Supermarket, 99Ranch Market and the area has many great friendly food spots like the friendly BBQ, Starbucks, friendly Cheesecake, Bamboo House, etc.

Furnished: I have all my furniture in place. Like a TV, Sofa, Bed, Etc. You can choose to keep it by paying $500 for it. Or if you dont want the furniture. I can get it cleared.
