Looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease from June-October 2025. Rent is about $600/month with utilities included. Energy plus wifi normally costs about $60-$70/month per roommate (3 total). The room you would take is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet, the living room and kitchen will be shared with 2 other roommates. Apartment is the on the 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are all included as well as all kitchen appliances.
