We have a townhouse that offers private garage parking while sharing a gated entrance and backyard with six neighboring properties.

Our home has 3 floors.
The first floor is where youll find the living room and kitchen, shared spaces for everyone to enjoy.
Upstairs on the second floor, we have two guest rooms.
I live on the third floor, so Im always nearby if you need anything during your stay.
Our neighborhood offers easy access to transportation and popular attractions:

Metro Purple Line Wilshire/Western Station: A quick 7-minute walk away.
Bus Station: Just a minute away.

North: 15-minute drive to Universal Studios and North Hollywood, 20 minutes to Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign.

East: 13-minute drive to Silver Lake and Downtown Los Angeles.
