Hello! Im subletting my room in a 4 bed/1 bath apartment in Somerville, MA, close to Union Square, Davis Square, and Winter Hill (~7 min walk to both the Gilman and Magoun Square green line stations, and also plenty of buses nearby).
The room is $1,025/month and available from early January (flexible on exact move-in day) until May 31st, ability to renew is possible but not certain
The apartment is beautiful - it gets tons of natural light, has a large kitchen and living room, and a front porch. The room is large and has a closet
Pets: The house currently has a dog and more pets are not allowed.
Accessibility: The apartment spans the second and third floor of the house, but my room and all common areas are on the second floor (the third floor has the other bedrooms and an attic storage space). There are about 20 stairs to get into the house.
