The low rise condo building is situated just a block away from commerical drive where you will find an abundance of bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and second hand shops. Walking distance to skytrain and bus. Biking distance to just about anywhere in Vancouver. There is a small patio with outdoor seating. I would love to find some responsible folks that need a temporary home in the city. Available Feb 1st, 2025. I am open to renting out just one of the rooms during this time for half the price ($1500/month) Laundry in the building, parking on the street. Max. two people, no smoking, vaping or partying, and sorry, no pets. This is a sublet, not a permanent rental, and not a short term rental. Minimum stay of 90 days is required by city bylaws. Maximum of 6 months is my own requirement. Other than that I am flexible with my dates and the duration of the rental.
