2 months short term sublease / lease transfer for 1bed 1bath apartment at Coral Bay apartments. The apartments are clean, spacious and pet friendly. We have been living only for last three months but need to move for work reasons. Rent is $1790 + electricity + Internet. Rest of the utilities are included in rent along with a parking spot. The start date would be Jan 18th and lease ends at March 22nd. The lease can be further extended by a couple of days or on a month to month basis or by 6 months or 12 months. The location is pretty great 2 min away from I-5, next to Sprouts and 4-5 min away from Downtown. The apartment has all sorts of utilities including gym, pool, laundromat, hot tub e.t.c all included.
