I am in need of a sublease because I graduated from Appalachian State in December. There are two roommates who mostly keep to themselves, and are either working, or out of the apartment on a regular basis. They are clean and keep the apartment tidy. The main areas of the apartment are furnished but the room o be sublet is not. There are many amenities within the community: basketball court, swimming pool, volleyball courts, gym, and more. There are bus stops for the appalcart cart within a short walk, and you are a short drive from campus, and any necessities like groceries.
