I will be away until mid/end of February and looking for a responsible & clean person to take over the room while Im gone.

The house is well located only 5 min walking to King Edward Train Station,
2 min to Safeway/ shops/ restaurants and 5 min to Queen Elizabeth Park.
10 min to downtown, 15min to YVR by train.
Bus station - UBC right in front of the house.

House:
The room comes with a bed + sheets and a rack to hang your clothes. (dresser could be arranged)
Bathroom is shared with two other people.
Its a big house with 6 other people but plenty of space plus it has a lot of amenities. There are 2 big living areas, 2 fireplaces, big kitchen, office, porch, garden, garage, laundry and plenty of storage room.

Sublease:
Duration: Now - mid/end February, (exact date can be discussed)
Safety deposit: $300
Rent: $300 per week/ $1200 month everything included!
