This apartment is perfect for student living. The Texas Tech football field is a literal 5 minute walk and holden hall is a 10 minute walk. I love this place, and I have 3 other amazing roommates, but Im having a baby. Student living is not suitable for a new born. If you Sub-Lease youll get the apartment at a cheaper rate (cheaper by 20 dollars), then if you were to try to move into the apartment right now with its standard fees. There is parking right next to the apartment, and utilities are additional than the standard rent, but that never surpass 30-40$. I will pay for Februarys rent if you take the apartment. The lease is over by end of July, but you can always extend it without having to move out. About the Apartment: There is a full kitchen and living room, the washer and dryer are in the apartment, there is a small covered patio, and the room is fully equipped with a desk, dresser, and bed.
