- Lease ends June 30th with an opportunity to resign

- Around 12 minute walk to 2/3/4/5 trains

Roommate details:
- currently 2 other males living in the apt not counting myself. Both friendly and easy to get along with. They have hybrid work schedules but when they are in the apt almost all of their time is spent in their rooms. The living room area is unused. Any messes in the kitchen are usually cleaned up pretty quickly.
