The apartment will come UNFURNISHED (I am moving out). Move-in date can be negotiable but no later than 3/20/25. The apartment has 2 elevators, a door person, gym, outdoor grilling area, dog run, dedicated package room and a call system that goes to your phone to grant visitor access remotely if needed.
