I am currently subletting my apartment out short term + long term. I am sad to be leaving my beautiful apartment but my loss is your gain!

Its a one bedroom (720 sq. ft with balcony) located in a luxury, high amenity building close to everything on Strip (one block away from The Sphere).

Building amenties - 24 hour two floor gym, outdoor pool, bbq area, co-working spaces, free coffee, infrared sauna, wet sauna, tanning bed, massage room, game room lounge facing The Strip & The Sphere.

Room amenities - TV, desk, bed w/ memory foam topper, bamboo sheets, ergonomic pillows, AC, air purifier, humidifier, washer, dryer, dishwashing machine, blender, rice cooker, water boiler, toaster, trash valet, digital keylock, bed, desk included. The living room has been transformed into a dance/yoga studio so there is no furniture there unfortunately.
