If you take my lease, I can leave you with my mattress (only used for 5 months, well maintained, 99% new), 2 Amazon Basics Office Desk Chairs, and a small target book shell that I used as Nightstand. I can also throw them away if you dont want them.

Lease start date: 3/1/2025, we can negotiate.

Lease ending date: 8/28/2025, if you like this unit, you can renew the lease with landlord.
