Hello ! I am currently looking to sub lease my 1 bed /1 bath apartment in university near UNC - Charlotte. start date of 6/1 but flexible, and lease goes until 11/15/25. Washer and Dryer is in the unit along with Valet trash. There isnt assigned parking, but plenty spacing in which a decal will be given to permit parking.
