Looking for someone to take over my contract for a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. January rent is paid! Its less than 10 minutes from UVU, close to quite a few grocery stores, and a 12 minute drive from Provo.

The unit is a little bit different from these pictures. The differences are we have a kitchen island, different decor but similar living set up, and the living room is a little smaller. The room that is available is the middle one, and pictures of the room are included in the posting. The closet is a good size and if youre interested in the hangers and drawers, theyre yours.

In unit washer and dryer as well as dishwasher.
Personal garage and 3 parking spots so each roommate has a spot.
Two college aged girls living in other bedrooms that are super great. One does have an ESA short-haired cat who is super friendly and well trained.

Across the street from a Beanys, Starbucks, Maverick, Anytime Fitness, and a number of other stores and restaurants. Huge park and lake within walking distance.

Utilities are usually around $25-$30 each month.

The bedroom comes unfurnished but I am happy to sell my bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and small bookshelf for a total of $200.

The contract will end August 2025 with the option to renew.
