Hi everyone, Im subletting my lovely apartment in Friedrichshain for all of February and could extend through March 6th. Its a perfect trial run to see if you like the area/living in Berlin. -Location is in Friedrichshain. Its 5 minute walk from Frankfurter Tor and on the U5 Ubahn line
-5 minute walk to Edeka and organic markets
-Youll have the whole apartment to yourself and its in the inner courtyard so its very quiet.
-Rent is 1,100 EUR all inclusive (internet, utilities etc.) this is lowered from the actual rent of 1,650
-The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in.
-Security deposit - 600 EUR (you will get this back if there are no damages)
