Hey everyone! Im looking for someone to take over or sublease the remainder of my lease, which ends on August 5. The move-in date is immediate due to a family emergency, so its available right now. The original rent is $1130, but Im offering it for just $950 + $85 for a garage parking spot (usually $1129 with parking, so its a deal).
