Hi, my name is Gavin. Me and my roommate Ryan are looking to get out of our lease because we need to accommodate someone else in our living plan. The apartment is really nice, the third roommate Kai is chill but she is an alternative girl so keep that in mind I suppose. You can get either one or two rooms depending on your current needs-my room will come with a usable bed frame and mattress. The place has a kitchen, the rooms have big closets, lots of storage space in general. If you want to stop by and visit just text me and let me know, I am a little busy but we can figure something out. This place would be great for someone staying in a dorm that needs a place to stay over the summer, and also hates their current dorm life/roommate, but anyone is welcome of course. The subletting process is completely above board- there is a sublet fee of $930 that I would ideally like to split with the rentee, but it depends on how high demand is.
