Looking for someone to take over my lease starting March 1st until August 31st, 2025. This second floor apartment is located along the access road of Commonwealth Avenue near the Sutherland Road T stop. There are 3 other rooms that are occupied by working professionals in their mid 20s to early 30s who prefer a female roommate in the same age group who is either a graduate student or a working professional. The available bedroom is 11x14 ft with a 4x4 square closet with a large bay of windows on the back side of the unit. There is a cat (pictured on the couch), so please no other animals. There is a large deck space off the back of the unit with a charcoal grill. There is laundry in the basement of the building ($1.50 washer, $1.50 dryer). There is free parking along the access road out front that doesnt require a town permit, and there is parking behind the building for $100/month. Water and heat are included in the rent, but electricity and WiFi are separate, and are divided equally amongst roommates. This unit has plenty of natural light with windows on 3 sides of the unit.
