Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking to sublease our apartment from March 1st-June 17th. (There is an option to renew the lease for another year/month to month.) We love our apartment (we have been here for 2 years and no issues) but it is time for us to move and we found an apartment available in March that we really want. Our apartment is a 1 bed 1 bath in Downtown Milwaukee, off of Prospect in the Lodgewood apartment building. Comes with dishwasher and new appliances. It also has an amazing rooftop with beautiful views of the city and very close proximity to the lake. Rent is $1275. Utilities are water (quarterly), electric, and internet. We love living here in the summer and were sure you will too, we can walk or scooter to any local events going on! Theres a workout room on the first floor, a locker for packages, and bluetooth laundry. About a 20 minute walk to summerfest, 10 minute walk to the art museum, super close to fun bars and great restaurants! The rooftop is the ultimate party spot as well!
