This mezzanine apartment is on the first floor of an old semi-detached building that has three apartments (with great neighbours!). The house is located in a yard, away from the main street - so it is really quiet. Centrally located (Montebellostraat) in a nice and well-connected neighbourhood.
The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen (downstairs), and a bedroom & bathroom (upstairs). It is fully furnished and has a desk (good for remote working), a couch, a dining table, a queen-size bed and a wardrobe (as main furniture). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.) and there is a washing machine in a private unit outside.
I am looking for someone, who would treat this little sanctuary with care
Price: 1.300/month (all-inclusive: water, gas & electricity, heating, Internet).
