Hi all! I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment at Arlo in Wesley Heights within the next few weeks. I have already paid February rent, so availability to move in at the end of the month. The lease currently goes through July with option to renew.

Arlo is a GREAT apartment community with a ton of amenities including a pool, full gym, office area with free coffee, and multiple lounge areas. This apartment is a 1 bedroom (with den) 1.5 bathroom, very spacious with a deck overlooking the sports courtyard. Its on the second floor with easy access to the elevator and parking garage. Located in a great spot within walking distance of Bank of America Stadium and very easy access to both I-77 and I-85.
