Hi everyone! I looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease in a house in New Market until late July.

I have the Master Bedroom and Bathroom and have garage access. The base rent $550 plus utilities that is split three ways between the other two roommates with the total ranging around $650 - $700 per month. The house has a gated backyard, gas stove and oven, washer and dryer, and fiber internet already included.

I can send photos of room as requested, but right now it is a mess since I am in the process of packing up to move.
