Hello everyone! I am looking for a male roommate to sublease my apartment from mid/late August to mid/late November. The dates are flexible and can be negotiated to fit your timespan. The location at Waterloo City Lane and Lady Bird Lane. I will be leaving to go on a 3-month clinical rotation for occupational therapy school out of state.
The apartment is 2 bed/2 bath (1,146 sq ft) located in Riverside next to Oracle. Rent is $1,066 utilities included (split with roommate). You will have access to a gym, pool and the trail along the river is only walking distance away. I personally love this place. The location is great. Downtown is generally 10 minutes away, depending on traffic. There is a parking garage. There is also a study/work area that is perfect if needed.
You will be living with my roommate who works in tech and is home often working during the day. We both go to Red Rocks church and would prefer if you shared the same faith and ideals. The community in the apartment complex are in their 20s/30s and are very welcoming! Pets are not ideal but can be negotiated. There is an in-unit washer/dryer.
