My lease is up end of June but there is possibly of signing a new lease agreement with the building if there is interest in staying. Building has lots of amenities (Roofdeck, outdoor kitchen, gym, bike storage) and is close to venues, bars, restaurants and CTA redline (Lawrence station). 5 Min walk to Montrose beach! Pets allowed for additional $30/ month. Rent date is flexible, ideally Id like to move out by the end of March, but depending on availability to rent it can be earlier or later Ill just need sufficient time upfront. All very flexibility depending on interested tenant, happy to discuss more.
