The landlord has approved subletting, and the apartment is available starting immediately (move-in date flexible) until June 30, 2025. Im also open to accommodating a flexible move-out date until the end of August if needed.

Utilities: Gas and water are included. Electricity is paid separately online (Ill provide the link).

Internet: Not included, but the apartment already has a router and Wi-Fi set up for easy connection.
