Looking for someone to take over my daughters lease at The Pointe. Male or female as there are no other people on this lease. She signed the lease within minutes without thinking it through; less than 24 hours later we talked to The Pointe and explained, but now she has to find someone to take her lease over.

Lease is $899 a month from Aug. 15, 2025 to July 31, 2026. Rent includes electric. Other utilities not included. The Pointe does allow pets with stipulations.

Luxury 3 bedroom apt minutes from campus. Each person gets their own bathroom.

2.7 miles from campus. The Pointe offers a lot of inclusive resort-style amenities. See photos I have screenshot from their website.
