2 bed 2 bath student apmt , one room for re-lease available- May thru July 2025 (lease will be transferred , flexible on move in date)

Rent to be paid to the apartment is $1320 / month (utilities included) . I am willing to provide a upfront cash discount of $1260 of the 3 months total, if lease gets transferred. This makes the effective rent as $900/month.

The leasing office expects a $500 lease transfer fee, which i would expect to share 50-50 with the new renter.

The leasing office also expects the renter to have their renters insurance at the time of signing the lease.
