Hello! I am looking to sublease my room in the 3x3 apartment at Newtown Crossing. I have the biggest room (Room C) with its own bathroom and 2 roommates. I am looking to move out as I am trying to take over a lease at a different apartment as thats where I am moving next year and it would make everything easier. They sell parking passes when you get here and said that after I find someone to take over they will get involved. Its a really nice place to live, 5 minutes walk from UK with private bridge access, basketball court, volleyball pit, pool, and Tolly Ho is right in the complex with a gas station, Starbucks, and Cookout right next to it as well.
