The house has three floors, the available room is in the basement. Basement bathroom shared with one other tenant. We all share the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main level.

In unit washer/dryer, driveway parking space in backyard. Rent is $766.67 (including parking), utilities usually $130-190 per person.

Move in-date as soon as possible. This would be a sublet until August 1, at which point youd be eligible to re-sign.

No pets as per the landlord, non-negotiable.
