I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 4 bedroom all female apartment in Porter Square in Cambridge from April 1-May 1 2025, but there is flexibility with move in and move out date. The room itself is the largest in the apartment and there are two bathrooms, youd be sharing with one other person. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Red line and buses, and the Porter Square shopping center. If a car is needed we could also discuss renting my car as well, there is off street parking but you need a parking pass. Looking for another female-identifying person for this room. Utilities would be extra, around $150~ (hopefully Eversource gets its together). There is one dog in the house, so no pets, and you must be good with dogs, her name is Olive she is really sweet but anxious at times. Only for the room!! Thank you!!
