Hello! I am looking for someone to move into my place for the summer starting May 1st. The sublease would typically end start of August. If there is interest, the sublease could be extended to a year-long lease to last until next July 2026. This lovely townhouse is a 5-minute drive from the NIH and a 20-minute walk. The room is 800/month on the second floor in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is currently shared amongst 4 women, all of whom are NIH postbacs. Utilities are usually 80-100 dollars a month.
