I am looking to sublease my bedroom and bathroom at the 50/50 apartment complex this summer! I have the biggest bedroom in the 4 bed, 3 bath unit with the bathroom inside the bedroom. One of my roommates is also looking to sublease her room if you have a friend or someone interested in living with you over summer. Rent is $640 a month with utilities, internet, and amenities and all furniture included. It is a flat rate of $640 a month and would be subleasing for the end of May, June, and July.
