My job has me moving pretty short notice and I need someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in RTP!

There is one other girl that lives in the house (so spare guest bedroom or potential for a third roommate!) and she is THE BEST roommate I have ever had. The house is huge with a garage, new appliances, two office spaces - perfect if you work from home - walking trails in the community, easy access to the highways. The room is large with a walk in closet, plenty of natural light, and you would have your own bathroom.

I can be out as soon as this weekend (Feb 22) and the lease end November 30, 2025.
