Sublets available starting mid april! Were in a 3bd3bath apartment in north-central denver (Rino/Highlands area). Were trying to figure a way out of our lease; apartment is awesome, just moving to a different part of town. Hence, were looking for sublets. Also, if you want to stay in the apt forever, that can be arranged.

Ideally wed find a group of 3 but if youre interested in just 1 room thats great too. You just may have some roommates.

All rooms have big closets, two rooms have en suite bathrooms, third room has it just outside the door. Common room has plenty of space/updated appliances. Place comes furnished w necessities (beds/mattresses/dressers/couch/dining room table n chairs).

5 min walk from RTD station, 1 stop from union station. Plenty of parking.

950 a person per month, all utilities included (wifi/electric/water).
