UNIT 3 IS AVAILABLE. It is a dorm style apartment, where every tenant has their own fully furnished INDIVIDUAL room, including bed, desk, chair, lamp, tv, and shelving. There is also a fridge and microwave found in the room and a private on suite bathroom. There is a shared kitchen found on the second floor, and a shared living room in the basement. Laundry is in the basement, 2.50$ per load. I am a student looking for somebody to take over the room for the summer term, I already paid the security deposit so the fee of the last month has been removed and monthly rent adjusted to account for that.
