This is a studio-type room, with a kitchen, bathroom, and fully furnished. The room has a full XL bed with a mattress, a frame, and a headboard, a loveseat, Hex tables (which can serve as a coffee table or end tables), a 2-drawer chest set, a writing desk, a desk chair, and a TV.
The location is perfect as well, as it is located on campus near WALC and other dining courts and buildings. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach any lecture hall from this apartment.
