I will be moving out of the area and am looking for someone to takeover my lease around the end of April/early May - move in date is flexible. The lease end date is 9/1 - at that point you would be able to renew the lease if you would like. The unit is an urban one-bedroom. Below is the link to the floor plans - my unit is U1. The building complex is Platform and it has been an amazing place to live in the past three years - recently built and has a ton of amenities (2 gyms, 2 pools, large co-working lounge with multiple private offices, etc).
