-The property is a Standout, With the backyard as a private access to Destin Harbor. View Fish and if youre lucky Manatees, Sharks, and Dolphins, directly from the Deck.
Frontyard is an amazing Golfcourse.

-There is a Pullout Sofa, and nice Murphy Cabinet, However the murphy is tricky and is by request only to Use.

Private Gated Beach access.
Resort Pools, Free Par-3 Golf Course. and 2 restautants, 1 on the Harbor, 1 on the private beach.

A full Beach experience without leaving the Sandpiper campus.
Perfect for those who avoid Skyrise Condos.

Eccentric and Tranquil.

-Fishing is allowed in the Canal. I typically advise Catch and Release, The Canal is a Local Fish Spawning Area.

-Golf Course:
Bring your Golf Clubs (I try to keep a 9-iron, Putter and ball, in the condo for guests)
There is no Tee-Time, Its Free.
Even tho the Condo Sits right on the Course, They Typically Request That you Start at Hole 1 :)

NO TENANTS OR GUESTS UNDER (25) YEARS OF AGE ARE PERMITTED ON PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR ASSOCIATION APPROVAL.

The Ducks enjoy Birdseed. (Bread is not-so-good for them)
