My reason for subletting is that I will not be Kelowna for the remaining 4 months of this rental, and I only needed the first part of it for two semesters of university. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and share a kitchen, laundry room, and living room with a roommate. There is a swimming pool and hot tub available to residents for the summer, and theres also a small residence gym. Note: The bedroom contains two twin size beds, unlike the one seen in the rooms photo.
