Hey! Im looking for someone to take over my lease, females only!

The remaining lease term is till 7/31/2025, and it is $1211.42. This includes water and parking, but electricity is separate. I can vacant the room starting from April!

The unit is a 4 bed x 4 bath, girls only. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The best advantage of living here is that the Tempe campus is just a 5 minute walk, and there is an awesome friendly convenience store right next to us! The light rail is also an 8 minute walk! The amenities are well equipped with a gym (has rock climbing!), a pool and hot tub, and common work areas. The room is furnished with a bed, table, and chair! This area is very well-gated and has never had issues with safety.
