I am subleasing this apartment. It is available for move-in ASAP, and the lease ends 6/14. However, you would be able to renew your own lease if you want to stay longer. Very nice first-floor apartment with spacious living room and back patio. It is an end unit with windows on two sides - lots of natural light. Includes washer/drier, dishwasher, and fridge. Is NOT furnished. Great location! Animals are allowed only if they are an ESA or service animal.
