The house is located in nice neighborhood of Boulder within biking/busing/driving distance to the CU campus and Pearl Street. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and three downstairs. There is a shared bathrooms upstairs as well as downstairs. All current residents are kind, fun, and tidy. Current an all girl house with one dog and one cat.
