Hello, Im making this listing for anyone interested in helping me to sub-let a fairly new luxury Studio apartment in Shawnee, Kansas. Other than the aforementioned amenities, the apartment complex itself boasts a large saltwater pool, fully stocked gym, pickleball court, etc. It is centrally located with many opportunities for shopping nearby such as a Neighborhood Walmart, a few miles away from Oak Park Mall and its surrounding attractions as well as a large selection of fast food restaurants.
I am interested in sub-letting as soon as possible as I am trying to move out of state before the end of March. Ill be posting photos of the apartment soon.
It is important to note that whoever is interested in taking over the lease for me will have to be approved by the apartment staff in writing and things wont be as easy as just swapping tenants overnight.
Ill be posting some pictures of the bathroom soon, I want to be sure the quality of the space shines and Im working hard to make sure it looks nice for any potential sub-letter.
