The unit is a private room with its own bathroom in an 4 units apartment (The District 2 4x4).

The unit is available from April 1st 2025. The price per month is $1,100.00 (normal price of $1,300.00) with all the services included (energy, water, WiFi, etc).

The appartment includes a full shared kitchen, a shared washing machine, and common area.

The subleasing starts from April 1st to July 31th 2025. After the subleasing, a full contract can be accessed.

Im including a smart TV that it can be keept.
