The bedroom is unfurnished, however the shared living room space has existing furniture from the other tenant. These items can be discussed for removal as needed. The occupant of the second bedroom/bathroom is a 27 year old male who works in person . He is a very respectful and clean roommate and is friendly/inclusive.
