This room is located on the second floor of a three-story apartment. There are a total of four rooms in this unit but only two are occupied. The two that are unoccupied are being paid for by previous MSU students who graduated last semester and are just finishing off their lease (they do not live there anymore). The room itself comes furnished with a desk, chair, mattress, and metal bed frame (provided by the Arrow). It has a very spacious bathroom as well as a large walk-in closet. This unit has ceiling fans in all of the rooms and lofts (most other Arrow apartments do not have this). It is also located above the office so there is super close access to the mail room, pool, game room, study rooms, and gym. Our unit also has a large walk-in laundry room with room for storage for skis, fishing gear, and whatever else. The kitchen and living room (TV area) are huge. The second and third floors also have lofts with couches and TV stands (provided by the Arrow). The breezeway leading to this apartment also allows for storage for bikes or whatnot. The one roommate who will be finishing out his lease graduated from MSU last semester and is working at the courthouse over the summer. He spends a lot of time outdoors and is a very down-to-earth person. The apartment is kept very clean and is big enough to have your own space. As I mentioned above, the other two previous roommates have fully moved out and will not be around. I will be moving out around April/May and am looking for someone to cover the few remaining months of my lease. My term ends July 31st, 2025. Please message for photos of the room and other amenities.
