The full size kitchen and bathroom add to the overall spacious feeling of this condo equiped with everything youll need to make yourself at home. There is a washer and dryer in the complex as well as a community pool. The smart TV offers Youtube TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Tubi TV and more viewing options including over the air tv reception. Bring your streaming passwords with you and watch your preferred shows!

There is no smoking on the property. Utilities are included within reasonable usage. The thermostat will be set to one temperature of tenants choosing within a range offered by landlord. Temperature changes are made by the landlord upon request. Daily temperature schedules can be made with help of landlord. Any temperature requests outside of the offered range will increase the monthly rent by $50 per degree outside of range. The utilities also include 1.2TB of internet. Any internet usage outside of this is subject to an additional charge.
