I am hoping to find someone to sublet/take over my lease for a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Cherry Creek! I am in the Primrose layout (viewable on the website of Gardens of Cherry Creek) with 1,209 square feet in a corner unit on the second floor of the Jackson Street building. The apartment has been kept in pristine condition and would be available for move-in the month of May (flexible on date). The building includes garage parking, pool, hot tub, gym, business center, and front-door trash pickup. My lease is through 21 July, so according to the leasing office, someone can take over my lease through 21 July and choose whether to extend onward from then. The benefit would be getting in at the rate I signed for last year, rather than what it would be listed for in todays market! I currently pay $2999 in monthly rent, plus the standard additional fees of the building (tech package, amenity fee, etc.) with a parking space if desired. My total rent payment comes to around $3,374 all in. Willing to negotiate on price and furnishings, as this would be a huge help for me!
