Its an apartment unit with 4 other girls (3 at the responsibleent), so the kitchen and living room is a common area. The apartment also contains an in-unit washer and dryer. The room comes fully furnished with a full/queen size bed, two stackable drawers, and a desk. This bedroom is located at the Grad, which is two blocks away from SJSU and is in a decent area of downtown San Jose. Parking is not included, but the building does offer parking.
